Summer Term

So exams are in now full swing but it's not all bad news as there's a Chaos BBQ just after they finish! The annual BBQ will this year be on Friday 8th June in the garden area just behind the Physics building. Hope to see you all there for some post-exam Chaos fun, not to mention the free food and beer!

Keep on voting in the Hoodies Poll for your say in the new Chaos hoody! If you don't vote, you can't complain! And if you don't like any of the options, you can always suggest your own. So what you waiting for? Go and vote!

Lastly, if you haven't already noticed, the committee page has been updated with photos of the 07/08 committee. Don't forget you can email any of us with your Chaos suggestions.

End of Term Update

19th March 2007

It may be the last week of term, but it's packed full of Chaos fun. For starters it's the AGM on Tuesday at lunchtime - come along, have your say and then elect the new committee. What's more, snacks are provided!

Secondly there's a Chaos trip to Jesters on Wednesday. Tickets are priced at just £1 for Chaos members, so bring your card along to Physbar on Monday or the AGM on Tuesday and get your ticket now.

As if all that's not enough, Thursday brings the next round of the Staff-Student Olympiad: bowling. Email Lee if you'd like to go.

Mid-Term Update

After a year off it's back: PhysBall 2007! The date for your diary is 6th March. It's not to be missed, so get your tickets from Physbar today!

Lastly, don't forget it's the Chaos AGM this term - come along and elect a new committee, or maybe even stand yourself!

Mid-Term Update

10th November 2006

So, we're halfway through term already - although I'm not entirely sure whether that's a good thing or a bad thing - but don't fret, there's more Chaos fun to come. As ever, the events page is the best place to go to see what's on. Also, photos from the Freshers' Pubcrawl have now been added.

For you sporty folk, check out the sports page for team details or even if you're not sporty, the netball and football match reports are well worth a read!

New Term

9th October 2006

Lectures and lab have begun already and soon the work will soon start piling up, but do not despair - we have lots of events planned for you to take your mind off all of that! This week is a busy one with the reopening of Physbar, the textbook sale and the Freshers' pubcrawl...all on the same day. But the fun doesn't stop there - the first guest lecutre, entitled "The Physics of Ice-Cream", is next week.

After a well-attended AGM, the new committee has been formed and the handover has taken place.
